I love historical fiction.

Mary did have a rough life.

I am always amazed by the responsibilities, these young girls had.

There are so many lessons we can learn from the past.

relating to catherine's comment about lessons learnt from the past. my history teacher always tell us that the reason we learn history is to learn from the mistakes of the past so we don't make the same mistakes again. lolz, but sometimes we just don't learn, or else, there wouldn't be this saying: ...so history won't repeat itself...(often used in bad situations)

Stephie,

I think the present world leaders have not learned from the past.

The situation right now is so scary.

Today, I read an article on the front page of the star talking about making the canadian government making it easier for people to enlist.

this scares me.
