girlology: a girl's guide to stuff that matters
this book is by Melisa Holmes (an ob-gyn) and Trish Hutchinson (a pediatrcian). it is a guide for teen girls to friendships, parents, sex, relationship, media influence, values, and decision making. some people might think books like these are preachy and dull, but this one is different. and most of all, it talks about girl power!

I like the fact this book is by professionals who are in the know.
I also like that it is not preachy or talking down to you.
I try to leave stuff like this around for kids who are uncomfortable or don't have people they can talk, easily too.
We also have displays from time to time for Public Health, Kidshelpphone, etc.
