Cookies
I got a hamster named cookies, and it reminded me of a book i read a while ago. Taking care of something smaller than you is a big responsibility and needs persistence and dedication. It also reminds me of a childrens TV show i used to watch called Hamtaro (i think). My sister is deathly afraid of my hamster!! But it is sooooo cute

My son had a hamster named Speedy.
He lived to be 21/2. My parents were astonished when I got him because I wouldnot let my kids have pets. Speedy is gone, now replaced by Leo, a dog.
Like Speedy, he is also my responsibility and my husband's.
Hamtaro wasvery popular. He was cute!
ooh, my friend has a hamster too, she's call Chip (the hamster). but her hamster is one vicious animal, one of her friend started playing with Chip and the hamster bit her. She tried flinging her away, but Chip still hold on to her friend's finger with her teeth. So from now on, whenever we want to play with Chip, my friend makes us wear garden gloves (just to be on the safe side). =)

I used to have birds that would bite.
One time, I was watching my sister-in-laws bird. He got loose and we were rushing to go to Wonderland.
i was tempted to leave him out after about an hour but I finally got him back in the cage.
