Jessica,
The lady who helped get the girls the dresses for prom was on the morning news, one day. I loved that story because these girls need at least one to be the same. Prom is such an important milestone.
P.S. Sometimes, you can get even better offers online for some of your favourite magazines. Type in the title and see what comes up.

Great review!
prom is a lllooonnnnnnggggggg road ahead for me... i'm only starting great eight soon! ...well, there's always the graduation ceremony, but prom seems so much cooler! but whether it's prom or grad, you can still go shopping for dresses! but the sad thing for me, is those dresses are in adult sizes, right? well atleast the ones that dont make you look like tinkerbell. but anyways, not to say i'm skinny or anything, (really!) i go to fairweather and i see a size 1 dress, and ok.- 1) too low cut 2) too long 3) too wide, and sometimes, when the dress is more like just one peice of non stretchy material, the front has fabric that is supposed to be for breasts, but i don't have much, i'm only turning 13!
also, i'm wondering... how were u and andreas proms like, if u had one?
(and most importantly... how were the ddrrresssssessss that you wore? *blink**blink*
this sounds like a really good issue!! i'm not usually a big fan of teen people, even though i have a few issues. but this one seems really good!! i'll probably get it for the lone reason that tyson ritter from AAR is in it. i love that band!! :-) same with the one with ashlee simpson on the cover, although i am sad to say that i missed that one. i was reading it at the library one day, but i never got around to buying it. do you know of anywhere that would still be selling it?
sorry, but i don't! hm... well what i would do is probably ask any friends or cousins or whatever who have it, but i dont think they sell it anymore
Jen,
magazines are sold one to two months before the actual month. sometimes, you can buy a back issue from the publisher for a fee. look inside the front cover and they can tell you about contacting them directly.
the problem with this magazine is that it is U.S. and would require payment and shipment from the States.

Jen,
I typed in Teen People - August 2006. Your guy tyler is still there, online. He is featured with some other hotties, according to the magazine.
When I googled Tyler, Rolling Stone magazine also has a feature article on Tyler.
check it out!

Jess,
I just called Andrea and she did not go to prom.
I went and it was not all I expected. The friend I wanted to go with was working so I went with another friend, instead. It was very good of him to go but neither of us had a great time.
We all hung out in the same group and this guy did me a favour.
I can solve your problem with the dress, though. I could not find anything I liked. I actually had my dress made.
I went to the Vogue patterns and bought this very expensive material. the lady who made my dress sewed for me, for years. Eventually, she made my wedding dress because I could not find anything I liked, again! She even made an eyelet liner for my kids' bassinet.
My girlfriend's daughters are a little older than you. They also wear 2, 3 and 0. There are dresses that can be bought in that size. The trick if you need to buy a dress in a small size is to go early or get them to order the dress. This can take 6-12 weeks.
My dress was a deep purple withstraps and a slit up the front. It had a matching jacket and I thought I looked great. I kept the dress for years and never wore it.
When your time comes, you will find just the dress you want. my daughter's biggest problem was the shoes and the purse which she got from a shoe store, which is in most malls.
P.S. my son did not go to prom. he went golfing, instead with a bunch of his friends.
