Oprah Winfrey-Judith Janda Presnall

Well, this is a biography of Oprah Winfrey. What can you say about a biography?

There is a lot I'm sure most of you didn't know about Oprah. I guess I especially enjoyed this biography because it really shined a light on Oprah's good sides, and it was very inspirational. I also like that it was broken up with pictures and lots of quotes, and wasn't to difficult to read. It was more short and sweet.

A good book.

Ladies,

One thing to remember is that in some biographies the subject often has the final approval of all the text. Other biographies are written by someone without permission.

there is no doubt, Oprah is a wonderful woman, humanitarian and role model but even she admits along the way, she has made some mistakes.
Americans and Africans have benefited from her unselfish acts and her money.

It is a great legacy and example for others.

OPRAH seems like a great role model, although i am not too fond of her show. i find that she always cuts people off when they are telling a story, or answering a question. plus, does anyone else think that her title 'oprah', in the cursive looks like 'opeal'? just me?

Jen:

Her company name is harpo which is Oprah spelled backwards.
