Help with displays!

Is there anything or subject, that you think would make a good teen display of books, cds, dvds, etc.?

Read As Much As You Can: Jul 3-Aug 19
Studies have shown that you can lose literacy skills if they go inactive for a length of time - say a summer break. MPL won't let that happen! Stay literate this summer with the Teen Summer Reading Program.

Read as much as you can this summer - Books, comics, magzaines... anything goes!
Log on to the TSRP blog and tell us about what you've been reading or you can post your comments on someone else's review
Just remember that we have to be respectful of others - the only other rule is HAVE FUN!

i think that displays are a great idea to help people find things that interest them much quicker. one good theme would be fashion, high school, young scholars, athletics, etc.

I have put up displays for prom, makeup, healthy nutrition, sports and exercise for teens.
The one we missed last year, was scholarship money.

We have put up the Chicken Soup for the Soul Series but there is also a series called Teen Ink. It is teen writings: poetry, stories, etc.
I loved the Chicken Soup for the Soul series. There is a great book, I think the title is Chocolate for a Teen's Soul. I wish I had it to read as a teen ager. It is stories written by teenagers with teenage issues. i enjoyed reading this one.

We do deal with more serious issues, depending on the school year. As you said, in summer, topics are lighter: Summer reads, hobbies, etc.
